A1 Party Rentals
Service: Our company is dedicated to providing good service and high quality party equipment. We often add to our line. Ask about any items of interest which may not be listed.
Rental Terms: All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make your selection carefully Rental Period: Depending on the availability of the equipment, party equipment rental rates are based on the customer receiving the order one day prior to the event and returning the equipment one day after the event.
Payment: Rental fees are due in advance, on or before delivery or pickup by customer. There is a security deposit on all rental orders over and above rental rates. Replacement cost will be deducted from deposit.
Reservations: We recommend reserving equipment well in advance.
Delivery Service: There is a charge for delivery and pickup. Deliveries will be made to a mutually convenient location. Please assemble items at the same location for pickup. Extra charges will be incurred for elevator, steps, areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle, and excessive time involved. If the customer requires exact-time delivery and pickup, a service charge will be made.
Equipment Set Up: Set up and take down service is available at an additional cost. Please arrange in advance.
Loss Or Damage: Count your equipment at time of rental and report any shortages immediately.  The customer is responsible for any rental equipment not returned. The customer will be charged for missing and damaged items including linens burned or ruined by stain.
Cleaning: All equipment is ready to use when you receive it. All equipment except linen should returned clean and in their original container. Dinnerware should be rinsed free from food. If you choose not to clean equipment, a service charge will be made
